Current lead time — 7 to 10 business days.
Lead time accounts solely for the time it takes to process and fulfill an order, shipping durations are additional and dependent on shipping method.
Expedited processing — please contact us prior to placing an order if your desired date of receipt does not fall within our current lead time + shipping time. If you require a faster shipping method to receive by your requested date, we will quote you the difference in shipping costs.
Shipping flat-fee is $25 and free shipping is available on orders over $200. Most orders ship via UPS Ground, however we may also utilize USPS or FedEx.

Note: We're adamant about sustainable and efficient packaging. Orders will ship in as few boxes as possible and may contain reusable boxes and/or shipping supplies.

If any items are received damaged, please contact us within 4 business days of delivery. We may request photos of any damaged items in order to process a refund or replacement.
Cancellations must be submitted prior to an order being shipped.
